I'm Stefani Andreeva, the founder of Stemarks.
Before Stemarks, I worked as an office manager, where I experienced firsthand how much unnecessary time can go into something that should be simple: arranging appointments.
Finding a suitable time, exchanging emails, confirming payment, answering follow-ups and dealing with cancellations can turn a simple consultation into a surprisingly time-consuming process.
Stemarks was created to take that work off your plate.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a simple monthly plan — see the Pricing section above for details.
How is my clients' data handled?
Stemarks is designed with GDPR-conscious data handling. Client information is used to provide booking and appointment-management services and is not sold for advertising purposes. Where Stemarks processes personal data on your behalf, the applicable data processing terms apply.
How long does it take to go live?
Most systems go live within a few days after our call, depending on how much customization your business needs.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade as your business grows.
Where does the payment go?
Payments are processed through your Stripe account. Stemarks does not hold your clients' funds or take a percentage of your bookings.
Does Stemarks charge transaction fees?
No. Stemarks does not charge a percentage or transaction fee on your bookings. Stripe's own payment processing fees still apply.
Do I need a website?
No. Choose Premium if you need a new website, or Basic if you already have one.
Can I use Stemarks with Instagram or Facebook?
Yes. You can share your booking link through your social media profiles, messages and other channels.
